Refund Policy

Product Returns
Unfortunately we cannot refund due to change of mind. In some circumstances we may be able to provide an exchange, however the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returned items must be unused in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with any tags still intact. Please contact for the returns address.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns. I recommend using a trackable shipping option, as I am unable to refund items I do not receive back.

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, downloadable products, or items that are made to meet a customer’s specific size or design request

Due to hygienic reason earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or returned. 

Product Refunds
Refunds are only available for full-priced items.

Sale items, downloadable products & custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Items that are made to meet a customer’s specific size or design request are also not eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds for the amount paid for the item will be made using your original payment method, excluding shipping costs or duties/taxes paid.

Product Exchanges
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to exchange full-priced products within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please email me to arrange.

Sale products, downloadable products, custom products and person items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged Goods
If a product has arrived damaged, please take a picture and email me with a description of the damage within 48 hours so I can prioritise rectifying the issue.

Please note, I cannot accept responsibility for damaged item(s) that are not in their original condition, used, or with their tags removed.

Damage to external packaging should be followed up with the shipping provider.

Faulty Items
If you find your item is faulty, please take a picture of the fault and email me. Remember to include an overview of the issue, and I will be in contact to arrange a replacement if stock is available or to issue a refund.

Shipping to replace faulty goods is covered by Cait, Billy & Bow Creative.

Exclusions: I reserve the right to void the warranty where keysrings, handbags, wallhangings or earrings shows signs of modification, where it has not been cared for within the guidelines outlined on the care card provided with every order, where it has been abused or has suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear.
